Superchargers add 1 factor to their vehicle

I've noticed that when you have already supercharged a vehicle and you are not using the supercharged combo. When you do, when that character supercharges their vehicle, it only adds the supercharged sparks and 1 factor, unlike the first time you supercharge a vehicle and it completely redesigns the vehicle. For example spitfire adds the the pipes on the front of hot streak

Known even before release. First time unlocks supercharged mods, other times just adds an effect and a few changes.
