Milk is gud, but on small doses. Can't have any other milk after a bowl of cereal in the day or it's instant stomachache. Not lactose intolerant as far as I know.

I shouldn't have dairy products because I get painful cramps and get sick...

I use it in cereal. Generally don't drink it out of cereal. Inside of it, it's pretty good.

Milk is the best drinking beverage when eating. I have mild lactose intolerance but I still can consume dairy products if they have low lactose percentage.
