1: chompy on wheels
2: toxic tushie
3: burping pop fizz
4: fake credits
5:"that sky eater thingy is going to eat us all first"
6:"no one tells kaos what to do exept kaos, and I'm him, and you're HISTORY!!!"
7: the darkness's funny voices
8: how stupid the darkness is (in the final battle when you crash into the darkness's face.)

The collector elf was my favorite part of the game. Also, the fake credits almost got me.

The funniness is questionable, but here's my favorite line from Flynn in the entirety of SuperChargers:
