A meteorite has struck earth spreading a force named the decay across the land. the decay eats everything in its way, but slowly, but it has an odd affect on humans, for whatever reason it can only consume various atoms, causing them to lose half of their memory and gain the ability to pass through solid walls. The characters aim is to find out where it came from and how to stop it.

Backstory: Morto came from the town that got struck by the meteorite, trying to run away, the decay got to him, he blacked out and woke up in the forest, now he spends most his time trying to run away and find civilisation.

Back story: The Lostinger children came from a distant town that also got struck by the meteorite, the kids tried to run away, they saw the decay got to them, they fell asleep and woke up in a boat in the lake, now they have to work together and run away to their Aunt in another city.
