How do you get 100 percent? I have everything but I only have 97%

the achievements dont have anything to do about the percentage(atleast on wii)

i'm with this problem too.I have everything but the last spyro's fury armor piece,but when i go to burned lands after that the box was opened already
so i'm stuck in 99%...
