This is a remake of Stormdragon21's closed RP.

Plot
A great school has been made only for dragons, and you are one of the lucky few dragons allowed to go. All dragons that arrive are separated into five groups: Diamond, the beautiful divas who love to shine, Iron, the tough, muscular dragons who do their work on the ground, Gold, the clever tricksters who always have a plan up their sleeve, Ruby, hot-headed dragons with short tempers and long claws, and Emerald, the friendliest of the dragons who always have a kind word to add. Of course, like all magical schools, you never know what to expect…

The Academy
The Dragon Academy is a massive stretch of land, with most of the buildings centered around the meeting circle. The classrooms are on the left and the dormitories are on the right, with the exception of the Golden Dormitory, the Arena, and the Hunting Fields.
Golden Dormitory: In the Academy's first year, some students taking Diamond's magic class levitated it as a joke. It still is levitating, but now it is supported by a couple of stone constructs because the magic is starting to fade.
Arena: The arena is where the dragons battle, either other dragons in a sparring match or deadly but weaker creatures. It is located south of the Meeting Circle.
Hunting Fields: The Hunting Fields are only partially fields. The other parts are a forest and a strange area where a student's spell accidentally stripped all of the grass and dirt from it.

The Classes
Fighting: Iron teaches fighting and defense techniques, and occasionally has battles between the dragons in the Arena. If a fight gets too rough, dangerous, or one-sided, he breaks up the match.
Hunting: Gold teaches hunting classes in the Hunting Fields. You almost never know what lesson she'll come up with, because she enjoys playing tricks.
Dragon History and Battle Planning: Ruby alternates between learning about the history of the Academy and battle strategies.
Magic: Diamond teaches magic, both elemental and general. She is an expert on identifying deadly spells and can tell if someone is trying to curse another dragon.
Plant Use: Emerald teaches non-magical healing, making poisons out of plants you ordinarily find, and how to identify edible plants.

Appearance: Mostly black with grey striping down his back, his horns pointed back and two pearl coloured eyes, he is generally considered larger than most of his class mates, very bulky, very muscular

Personality: Quiet in nature, he generally keeps to himself unless he is needed, he likes to keep to his work. however he has a soft heart for people in need, if somone is in a situation and is threatened, he will often try to use his brutish size to scare off the threat, however he is mostly pacifistic, only fighting when absolutely necessary. He is very honor bound, and refuses to do anything that breaks his person code of ethics.

Other: He is by nature a craftsman, while he sees many fighting, he would be happier, making something useful out of metal. he tends to keep to anywhere where this is possible. often not sleeping for days just to finish a project only stopping for classes, water, or if someone needs him. He dosent have many friends, actually till coming to this academy he had no social life to speak of. and he is often avoided because he doesnt look exactly nice, he is often mistaken for someone who is incredibly dumb because he doesnt speak much and his difficulty in social interacton.

Normally I'd limit you to two elements, but due to the personality, I'll let it slide... This time. And just put how many years in dragon years. Don't worry about real time.

Personality: A dragon who is very tomboyish and she is very tough and competitive and hates to hang out with other girls. She considers herself to be "One of The Boys". She is also very caring when her friends are in need and she is also very smart. She likes to fight with other girls

Other: Likes to be referred to as "Jackson".

Only girl in the iron class for the time being any way. other than that, you're good.

Appearance: Purple scales which are somewhat dark, red under scales, orange horns and spines, and a trident tail tip. Deep blue eyes. wears a gem on a band just behind where the tip splits and a necklace with three imbedded gems. People usually mistake the enchanted gems for plain jewelry.
Personality: Fun loving magic-fire dragon with a prankster streak and ever present mischievous or cocky smirk. He cares deeply about his friends and is very loyal. Over competitive and over confident, he certainly has skills to back it up. Loves nothing more than a good battle. Also he never mixes his blue flames and magic unless for some reason he's not only up against a really strong opponent, but also has for some reason a strong desire to win.
Other: Watch out when he infuses his flame with magic, you know he's done that when his flame comes out with the colors of the aurora borealis. Not a true purple dragon. the tail band extends into a blade of magic energy, one of the necklace gems enables him the control of the motion of his own fire, the other two allow him to create thumb talons like cynder's only made of energy. he can create fire from anywhere on his body, however he can only fully engulf himself for short bursts, and is still energy consuming otherwise. Personality: Midnight feels at her best when she is around other dragons. She forms close bonds, but tends to be nervous during her first time meeting someone. She will gladly accept any challenge, even if it's somewhat dangerous. She tends to judge other dragons based on first impressions.
Other: She is Frostbite's sister. They came from the same clutch, so they're sort of like twins but not exactly twins.

He's a born adventurer and likes to brag that he's fearless, but show him a spider and you can prove otherwise. He flexes his claws when he's nervous, which he thinks looks threatening.
Other: Frostbite is Midnight's brother.

Volundir needs an age and then will be accepted. all others accepted, but like storm said, edit that part out.

Also, for the sake of this rp, dragons age at the same pace as humans. I'm saying their years are longer than ours, so the ageing difference is made up with that.

Appearance: Glistening blue dragon with a slightly angular appearance that makes her look like she was carved out of a gem. Her horns are the same color as her scales, but her wings are a dark blue.

Personality: Diamond is as intelligent as she is attractive. She can seem rather cold, though, and tends to be a little harsh towards students who perform poorly, or break the rules. That said, she can be nice when she wants to be, and when she's proud of a student, she isn't afraid to let them know with a disarming smile. She does have a slight tendency to be biased towards her own class, though.

Other: Diamond is the Head of the Diamond class, and teaches magic to the students. She is adept in a wide range of spells, and rarely struggles to learn a new one. Her specialty, however, is in black magic; specifically, how to detect and counter it. Diamond is the creator of the Book-Club Corner, and so it is protected by her powerful magics.

Appearance: Meg is a dark blue dragoness with a pair of thin but long curved horns stretching out from the back of her head. A pair of oval spectacles sits atop the bridge of her snout, supported by thin wire. Thin spines run along her back, starting from the back of her head, and ending just before the tip of her tail, which ends in a short harmless brush.

Personality: Meg is a quiet nerdy dragoness. By dragon standards, she's not very strong, but she makes up for it by being a powerful arcanist. She always tries to be nice, and always helps others out when they need it. That said, she won't be afraid to do battle with some dragon who tries to hurt or bully her friends. After all, she may be physically weak, but house rules have no restriction on magic or breath weaponry, so these light scuffles are the few times she gets to truly show off how tough she is.

Other: Meganaka is the leader of the private Book-Club, and has set up a corner of the library that only Book-Club Members are allowed to enter. Meg is blind without her spectacles, but they are made from hardened crystal, so they are not at risk of breaking, even in a fight. In addition, Meg carries a heavy tome with her, which she reads from when casting spells.

Appearance: Siggy is a light green dragon With a pair of short stumpy horns. Her scales are somewhat transparent and brittle. She is very frail and small for a dragon, about half the size of the similarly aged Meganaka. She is quite sickly, making her vulnerable and has difficulty using magic, or even using her breath weapons.

Personality: Siggy is an absolute sweetheart who never holds a grudge and is always willing to give morale support for the undertakings of her friends. She is, however, very shy. Siggy will only talk to dragons she is close to, and finds other dragons quite intimidating in general. Siggy loves books, especially books on history and science. After all, she rarely, if ever, gets a chance to participate in physical activities, so practical knowledge is useless to her.

Other: Siggera is exempt from combat classes due to health issues. When she would otherwise be at these classes, she is in the library, scouring over ancient tomes in the book-club corner. Indeed, the corner was originally set up so that Siggera would have a safe place away from the other dragons to be when she wasn't by Meganaka's side.

Appearance: Thes is a scarlet dragon with a frill running down her head, almost like a mane. Her four horns are medium length, and jut out from the sides of her head towards her tail. She has a pair of razor sharp fangs jutting out of her mouth. Her tail ends in an intimidating bone dagger.

Personality: Thes is highly athletic and hyperactive, struggling to stay still even for a second. Her impulsiveness makes her seem a bit dumb, but she actually picks up new knowledge very quickly. She just rarely gives herself enough time to apply that new knowledge before she takes action. Thes is ferociously loyal to her friends and family, and will not tolerate any insult towards them. Any sleight taken against her, however, she will take as a challenge, and will gladly prove that she's better than the offender in a competition of some kind. Such competitions have a tendency to be quite dangerous, so those involved prefer to keep it a secret from the teachers.

Other: Thes is really just an honorary member of the Book-Club, being a childhood friend of Meganaka. She doesn't have the patience to sit down and read through a book; in fact, some of the teachers suspect that she is illiterate. Everything she's learned at the school is from verbal and practical lessons, or explained to her by Meg.

The Book-Club Corner is a refuge (About 3m by 4m in size) set up to protect Siggera from the other dragons. It is wedged between two Bookshelves (Facing outwards so that other dragons can still access the books there) and the wall. The open end is blocked off by a magnificent gate made of pure ice, created by Diamond. The gate is enchanted so that only those with Siggera's consent may enter (Just walk through the gate, and it will be like it wasn't even there. Though it's a good idea to say you're coming in, so as to not startle those inside). As of the start of the RP, those dragons are Meganaka, Thes, and the teachers. Inside the Corner is Siggera's locker, a couch, a pile of books that Siggera borrowed and a bunch of chairs.

Appearance: has dark purple scales that are darker then Spyro's and lighter then Cynder's. Has a golden underbelly with mourn highlight at the edge of each golden scale. Has a tail scale like Spyro's except at the end it looks like Cynder's tail blade was attached. Has dorsal spikes going down his spine like Spyro that are the same color as the underbelly along with the wing membrane. Has 2 thumb claws on each wing that are like Cynder's with a third that's like Spyro's. Has a pair of Spyros horns crowning his head that are the same color as the underbelly with Cynder's head spikes just below the pair of Spyro horns. Has two rich golden eyes that would tempt even the most pure of harts to attempt to steal them but when angered or when he get serious they change to a malevolent shade of purple. Also he has one claw slash scar over his left eye.
Personality: dark, mysterious, nocturnal(both figuratively and literally), Athletic when it comes to training physically mentally and with his elements, slightly above average intelligence, kind and caring in spite of the tough serious exterior, solitary
Other: constantly seeks a worthy opponent to do battle with him. has a weak spot located at a small spot on his back that's hard to reach for his opponints, quick to run out of power when using his elements

the eye color change is kindof like how someone's eyes will turn red with rage expte instead of red it's purple. purple dragonish well that's the point. will add a weakness or two.

Personality: Very self-confident, does think that all others are pretty much stupid and is always ready to make deals and backstabs which he thinks is good for him.Very bad bully, always talking, but very clever seems to always have some kind of trick at his mind.
Other: He is just great with his water element his physical fighting skills are poor, but when it comes to use his element he is a pro and even if he has just one element it seems like his tricks never end. Is making his own business at school to earn money, and is pretty famous at underworld. Brother of Red.

Elements: Fire (Does not really use it, and pretty much can not)

Appearance: Very large and muscular dragon to be at his age. Totally Red dragon with blue eyes and scar looking white birth mark goes over his left eye.
Personality: Does not talk very much and does not like to fight with out a reason and that is why he does not feel really comfortable with the Iron class. He is trying to be nice all the time and if somebody is at trouble he is always ready to help. Never makes big number about himself.
Other: He has always been a melee fighter, even at young age when his parents where trying to make him use fire he would not. That is why it is a very hard topic to him if somebody reminds him about the element. But that has also made him really though and great physical fighter and also a very fast flyer. He loves physical training, but his way to hate fights have made him pretty unpopular among the Iron class and that is why he uses most of his free time with other classes (most with emerald because of the nice dragons there). Brother of Blue.

Class: Iron
Appearance: Jade is a mint green dragon with darker wings and white highlights on the edge of her wings and underbelly. She is large for her age. Her distinguishing feature is a scar over her left eye and on her eyelid. (If asked, she says that she got it in battle, but what actually happened was that she got it while investigating a glimmering object in a thornbush.)
Personality: Jade is fairly outgoing when it comes to learning more about others, but she is reserved in when she speaks, mostly because of her heavy growling whenever she talks. She enjoys battle and writing, because neither of them require talking. Jade is content with her life and doesn't feel the need to change. She has little motivation to become anything other than a fighter.
Other: She mostly uses her elements in ways that are connected to physical attacks (i.e. using Earth to improve punching or tail swipe attacks or using plant/life to grow spiky thorns over her body)

Appearance: Tanta is a snakelike dragon. His body and wings have a mix of gray and blue scales, with blue being more prominent. His right horn is somewhat dented. When sitting or resting, he coils up in a spiral, but walks fairly normally.
Personality: Tanta is extremely hyperactive. Even sitting still annoys him if he sits for too long, so he occasionally gets up during class or even at night to walk around. Though he enjoys talking to people, not many can stand his extremely fast and repetitive speech. He hates any sort of criticism, even constructive, and he will react very negatively to anyone who gives him criticism.
Other: He is a bit of an inventor, or at least he would be if he had the patience to work on anything for more than ten minutes.

Personality: Orion is a confident, witty, charismatic, and very laid-back Dragon that also has a somewhat mischievous side aswell. He also has abit of an ego, and by extent isn't afraid to show off his looks and skills if given the chance, but even with his nature, Orion is also insightful, friendly, considerate, as well as capable of being considerably more hard-working than he lets on, and he can always be trusted to come through in the name of helping and protecting others. Also Orion can actually be somewhat self-conscious at times, though this is not something he'd openly admit.

Personality: Obsidian is a confident, calculative, and headstrong Dragon who is very hardworking and takes responsibility very seriously, which can make him come off as somewhat strict at times. He's also rather blunt, which combined with his occasionally cynical attitude can make him come off as rude and even almost insensitive at times. But while abit rough around the edges, Obsidian is still a noble and caring creature who has an unquestionable sense of loyalty to his loved ones and the innocent, and a very protective nature that will lead him to gladly put himself at risk for the sake of others.
Other: He's rather large for his age.

Personality: Asher is a somewhat shy Dragon, preferring the company of a book to large periods of interacting with others, but what he lacks in social ability he makes up greatly for in smarts, for Asher is also a rather quick learner. He is also quite kind and insightful, willing to help others even at his own expense without complaint in most cases, aswell as occasionally offer advice when called upon, and at times he can also be playful aswell.
Other: He's rather small compared to most Dragons, which he's somewhat insecure about.

Personality: Cubellios is a cunning, perceptive, but very reserved and quiet Dragon. He's also extremely calm and collected, to the point where it isn't unusual for him to be completely unphased by things that would normally get an easy reaction out of others, and when Cubellios does decide to interact with others he has quite the wit and silver-tongue, aswell as abit of a mischievous side. Also, while Cubellios doesn't have much of a temper due to his near-indifference at most things, he is prone to holding grudges and is quite vindictive in regards to them, which can also extend to when he witnesses others get mistreated, making him surprisingly protective aswell.
Other: He's best friends with Asher, and like him is rather small for his age, though he isn't too bothered by this and claims it's normal for his particular breed anyway.

Other: he has an issue with water dragons and water in general since he had 'bad experiences' with them both.

they don't hate each other last i checked, well, at least gamic and shade. shade because i think he's indifferent, though that needs confirmation from shade, and gamic only battles for the fun of it. unless it gets really intense, he couldn't care less about winning or losing.

well he does look for worthy foes but he wont fight just anyone. he needs to feel that the opponent is worthy or he'll feel like he's wasting his time. otherwise he is indifferent unless it's someone who's clearly a dushbag or a bully. like cyndego's character Blue for example.

meanwhile gamic is about as powerful as shade, with just fire and purified magic energy.

Appearance: she has yellow scales, no crest, wavy gray horns, a lightning bolt tail tip, an ocean-blue belly, and green feathered wings. Her eyes are blue, her paws are webbed, and she has gills slightly hidden on her neck.
Personality: She is a sweet, caring dragoness, but that is often to those she knows, otherwise, Storm can be shy, embarrassed by her relatively unique features.
Other: Storm is a pure example of a hybrid, showing traits of both electricity, some water dragons, and wind dragons.

Name: Chimera
Age: 16

Class: emerald
Appearance: Chimera has black scales with a dark red belly and wing membranes. She can make her wings become feathered with her magic, the color of the feathers are dark blue. Her eyes are red, her horns resemble that of Cynder's, and Chimera's tail tip looks like a gold ring, but it doesn't connect, instead the two ends point out like spears; and there is a dark red gem at the end of her tail (not the spear part).
Personality: Chimera is a very caring dragoness, and she hates to see good people in pain. She does have a problem with loving people though; everyone she has cared about has vanished or died. She is very knowledgeable about dark magic, and is hoping that she can find peace for her late sister, Celeste; who's death is something she'd rather not talk about. When it comes to people she cares about, she can be rather strict about making sure she can trust them, and always wants to be around them. Because of that, she can seem like a hot-head, but is only wanting to keep her friends from abandoning her; considering how long she has been alone. Despite all of this, she can be rather independent. She can be equally fierce and stubborn in fights and her beliefs, but has made exceptions to continue being with her friends.
Other: Chimera has gathered several things in a pocket dimension of hers that stores stuff; among the stuff includes a gold amulet with a dark red gem that can open portals, and an ice-blue scale that radiates with a multitude of colors, and said scale seems to prevent Chimera from becoming corrupted. She has a form that she can enter when enraged with a power called chaos, but it is nothing more than a stronger version of darkness.
