I used to hate Chill Bill with a PASSION. All he does is freeze enemies for like 10 damage, yet he was featured in almost EVERY SINGLE advertisement for villains! He took up half of the Meet the Skylanders videos for Trap Team! Then, I was playing Trap Team earlier tonight and accidentally held the attack button down for a few seconds too long while being bored and fooling around with Chill Bill. Then his ice block explodes and does 857 DAMAGE. ALMOST AS MUCH AS CUCKOO CLOCKER'S CHARGED ATTACK (1000+ damage), except Chill Bill isn't nearly as vulnerable during his charge. Chill Bill can one-hit KO just about any regular enemy in the game, and I went on for over a year after Trap Team's release without realizing this.

TLDR: Give Chill Bill the praise he deserves and use him often, he does like 1000 damage

Well, I had praise for him with the slowness secondary attack. Godsend against any villain if you have a melee character.

After I finished the game the only villain I make use of is Kaos . I will give Bill a try again I suppose.

Just used him again, he does critical hits for about 1250 damage!
