International Transgender Day of Visibility is almost here, a holiday dedicated to celebrating transgender people (like myself) and raising awareness of discrimination towards transgender people worldwide.

If we're going to be bringing up holidays

April is National Donate Life month (for donations of any kind, liver heart, tissue, eyes even) and October is liver awareness month. National Donor Sabbath, a 3 day celebration to learn and celebrate transplants and those affected by them.

I like holidays that raise awareness, of any kind.
