Sorry if this is old news, but apparently TRU is starting to sell pre-owned Skylanders (and Infinity).

Today we got in a very small number of preowned SF and TT (no traps) figures ranging from $4.99 to $9.99, figure only. The prices are comparable to Gamestop's but slightly different (some may cost more or less).
The selection was pretty good - most of them weren't available new in that store.
They seem to be categorized in the system by price (maybe by game too? I forgot), so it may be difficult to find a specific character.

There were also some preowned Infinity 1.0 and 2.0 ones in the same price range. Most of them were $5 which is a great price (except for the single power discs lol) but the variety was lacking.
