How do you pronounce CAV's name? [CLOSED]

Like C.A.V. or cav? For me its C.A.V.

I know its weird to single out a person like this but I've always been curious. Also, CAV, what way is it meant to be pronounced?

Also the proper pronunciation for my name
Wind (As in wind up in a ditch or a wind up toy), ummm, up.

So "wind em up" but with an umm instead of em
