warning there is swearing in this trailer. ( the movie is intended for +18)

so what are your thoughts about this movie?
for me, i have not seen this type of film format go this direction.don't really see my self watching the film, but it will be interesting to see if it will be a success or a flop...

I can see why people will want to see this...but count me out.

Sausage Party more like Food Fight 2.0 e.e

This looks like it was specifically designed for the sole purpose of enraging parents of young children. Particularly with that innocent-looking opening scene.

It's a late night in Hollywood, but the city never truly sleeps. New ideas come flowing out of people's minds, and either become legendary, or get crushed like thousands of other dreams. Seth Rogen sits in a smoky room, passing a bong around to his friends. Blowing a ring of smoke, he passes the weed to his best friend, James Franco.

His bloodshot eyes mean only one thing to this group; a new idea, and a new opportunity to make money.

"G-guys..." Rogen lazily stutters. The room grows silent. The only thing present is the rising smoke and the beginning of an idea. Franco passes the bong to Jonah Hill and begins to giggle, a smile stretching across his strangely rubbery face.

"What if..." Rogen continues. Hill passes the bong on to Jay Baruchel, almost dropping it in the process. Franco continues snickering.

"...food..."
Baruchel passes it to Micheal Cera while laughing. Cera takes a hit, but it's too intense and he falls backwards.

"What if food..."
Danny McBride picks up the fallen bong and laughs, taking a hit, and passes it back to Rogen.

"What if food smoked weed too?"
The entire room erupts into laughter and more smoke. Another weed movie, another year, another million dollars.

It has just as many "hot dogs = dick, buns = butt/vagoo" jokes as you'd expect for a Seth Rogen comedy about hot dogs.

Yeah, I wouldn't exactly call any of this humor.
It's really just gratuitous gore and dick jokes, but not the kind Deadpool had. It's jut... bad, really.

Hah, I was watching this trailer just last night. I'm totally watching this!

At first glance, I thought "Ahh, this animation looks nice as a play on Foodfight but 1000 times better. This is going to be adorable!"

One minute in, my hand was on my mouth and my eyes went wide.

Everyday we stray further from God's light.

What the... This looks very silly, but not bad. I will not watch it, but I will keep a eye on it.

This is horrible.

I'm all for adult animated films, but following a formula of that of Family Guy with a mix of King Star King. I've never seen south park so I don't know much about it.


I think a good way to do adult cartoons is to treat the audience like their age, I guess..
