the following 3 achievements won't unlock for me on xbox one.

the real collector: collect 43 skystones (my stats show that i have 46)
hugo's hero: complete 10 quests given by Hugo (achievement app stuck at 7/10 for months)
tessa's traveler: complete 10 quests given by Tessa (achievement app stuck at 9/10 for months)

^ stats say i have completed almost 200 quests.

activision has been having me do a lot of different steps, such as:

• hard reset the console
  
• power down the console, disconnect power supply, and reboot
  
• delete the game from hard drive and re-install fresh from the disc
  
• choose a different save slot (to which i had to progress all the way through to when i can do quests again)
  

i really only care so much because i have every achievement in every game in the series. these simply will not unlock. any suggestions?? thanks!

Try deleting your profile of your system. When you re download your file you won't lose any progress, you'll just be asked to re sync your data to your file from the cloud.
