I thought that was a good option too but doing the Weekend at Bernie's thing is first and tied with leaving it in my basement for the next blood orgy. What do I do?

This also makes me wonder if Weekend at Bernie's is real but it's actually Weekend at Bernie Sanders's, and someone is just using his body to run for president..........

I think I'd place it under an invisibility cloak and leave it in front of the police station. Hide in a bush nearby and try to watch someone trip over it without laughing...
