I was in Walmart earlier today and all they had were superchargers. There are still Swap force toys I want and I have nothing from trap team Can they be purchased without having to spend way too much buying them on ebay or Amazon?

If anyone can tell me where to get them, online or off, in Canada, I'd really appreciate it.

There are used figure places for Gamestop and other game stores, I think. Wish I could help in specifics but I don't live in a country where Skylanders is sold anymore and I pretty much rely on ebay or people bringing it from the US.

This would get better help in Skylanders Toys and Merch,methinks, if a mod could move this.

I don't get why Activision doesn't have an international Skylanders online store, where people from any country can go and buy any toy and any game, even if it comes with an extra shipping and handling fee.

I wonder if EB or Game Stop could order specific toys for me?
Also are reposed toys backwards compatible?

Because they don't do stores, they outsource that like everything they do.

MOST Reposed toys are backwards compatible,however, the Superchargers ones are not. For future reference, it seems like when a character has a new moveset, not just a new appearance,it's not backwards compatible. On getting figures, you can order online or at a store, yeah, but it depends if they have stock.

for me, the best place to get past figures is toysrus. wait for them to go on sale and you can get some sweet deals. this year before Christmas i was able to get like 15 figures for 60 bucks or something like that. the down side is they will never have the "rare" figures. your only hope for them is to check ebay and amazon for a deal. Gamestop/eb will have used figures but i never buy used figures, i want the card and stickers too. also what used figures they will have is very very random.

I'm on 5 below's website and it doesn't look like the have an online shopping component or stores near me.

Swap meets, Garage sales or charity shops would be the best options.

You could do unofficial trades with forum folks here . Best value for your pennies is an even trade .

I've gotten great deals on Craigslist. I was at 5 below store last weekend and they had 3 packs trap team for $5 plus all the trap team Easter figures.

Have you tried checking the Exchange? they sell alot of used Skylanders figures for a cheap price. (some about $2.00 - $6.00

we bought a lot of the past skylanders off of craigslist and eBay, we have one or two main people we use for rares on eBay and the like, but always be careful how and who you buy from!
