Specifically for a guy. Someone called me anorexic because I lost 30 pounds and continue to lose more because I'm not hungry very often.

I don't like using the word offensive, but I think it's rude if the person isn't actually anorexic.

I wouldn't care. The only response one might get from me would be a curt **** you, all depends on their attitude.

Hyperbolic,if they're not straight up trying to get a rise out of you. Then there's a ton more issues other than being offensive or not.

I'd just take it as loose criticism and consider eating just a smidgen more food but only because I'm doing pretty well already as far as height and weight.

I wouldn't care too much about it.

While being call anorexic may sound offensive, especially if you think you're not, I would actually use it to look at myself. Why would I be called that?

In your case, loosing 30 pounds quickly could mean two things:
1) You're working out and you have recently lost your water weight or just a lot of weight in general due to a healthy fitness lifestyle.
2) This quick weight lose could mean a number of unhealthy things and you should check with your doctor about it if you're not working out and trying to loose weight.

I've been loosing a couple of pounds for the same reason. However, I'm only loosing 1 or 2 pounds. It's actually impossible to loose that much weight solely from not eating as much, unless your metabolism is through the roof somehow. I'd advise you to look into it.

With my build it's highly unlikely.

But people shouldn't judge others.

Not entirely. If your intestines are damaged (from an inflammatory bowel disease or colon cancer), then in theory it doesn't matter how much you eat because your body will not absorb much of anything. Specifically, minor damage is enough to impede your body's ability to absorb fats. <.<;

That's my point though, something unhealthy is going on.

I barely eat at all and I'm still fat. I never eat breakfast or lunch. And I have barely anything at dinner. WHY TF AM I STILL FAT

try eating and exercising instead of starving yourself

Your body goes into shock if you don't eat properly.

It starts to store food that you eat as fat, because it doesn't know when you'll be eating again.

If I ever got called anorexic I would take it as permission to devour an entire pizza without feeling any guilt. Then I'd wash it down with a tub of ice cream.


Of course, that's exactly why I'll never be called anorexic.
