darkSpyro Debates #1: Oreos: Cookie or Cream? (READ OP) [CLOSED]

This will be the first in a series of debate topics I'm posting here in S&N to get, and new topics will be posted on the 3rd of every month. I'm open to topic suggestions in PM, since putting them here would bog down the debate.

Rules:
  • Try to keep it civil. Some future topics may be related to current events, but there's no need to attack anyone over their beliefs.
  • The winner will be decided by whichever side makes the most convincing argument, combined with which team has the most arguments for their side. Think of it like how Splatfest winners are determined in Splatoon.
  • I'll be the debate moderator, but the site mods can pose questions to well developed arguments as well.
  • Ideas for future debates, and anything not debate related should be PM'd to me.
  • Logos, pictures to represent debate topics, ect. are very much appreciated. I'd love your help to make these as sophisticated and entertaining as possible!
  • I envisioned this as a way to lessen drama by taking it out over a nice debate, so have fun!

This month's question:
We all eat Oreos (or some other type of cream filled cookie), but which part of the cookie is your favorite? The crunchy chocolate cookie, or the soft vanilla cream?
Let's debate!

The best part of an Oreo cookie is the actual cookie. What part of an Oreo do they stamp their name on? What part tastes so much better and is doubled up on? The chocolate cookie part, that's what. The creamy, sugary paste can get a bit overwhelming sometimes, whereas the chocolate cookie never gets old. Also, The cookie would taste perfectly fine on its own. Eating just the cream? Dat nasty. You gon end up wit diabetes (there's nothing wrong with diabetes). As my friend Drawdler here has said, Quote: Drawdler
cookies are good even without cream and can be dunked in milk
The cookie tastes phenomenal when dunked in milk. The cookie becomes nice, soft, and mushy. It tastes fantabulous. Want it to be refreshing but not mushy? Then just insert your Oreo into the milk for a shorter period of time. So, as you can see the cookie part of an Oreo cookie is by far the better half of an Oreo. If you prefer the cream then **** you.
Spoiler'd for super hot sexiness.

I believe that the cookie part of the Oreo is not only the best part, but perhaps the most important.

First of all, Oreo itself is supposed to be a cookie! A cookie sandwich, if you will. So it's a little bit silly to say that the cream is the best part, because it's not an Oreo Cream Patty, it's an Oreo Cookie! It creates the structure and is the foundation of the product.

Second, the cookie has a nice imprint on the top and bottom layer to fit your aesthetic. That is some fine cookie eating.

Third, the cookie is easily dunkable! It's practically the selling point of the Oreo franchise. You can't dunk a cream patty, that's silly. You can dunk the cookie however, and taking the cookie apart from the Oreo makes it even EASIER to dunk. Sometimes the cups are just too small to fit your hand AND the whole Oreo. TAKE THAT **** APART, YO.

Lastly, the cookie just tastes good. It has a nice crunch, it's entirely made of chocolate, and it's an easy snack that you can just grab and go.

I want to say Oreos, but "Cookies and cream" just sounds so good....

...All three?

I have no in-depth reason to give (seriously), except "look at some pictures of them.", and there you go.

(I'm actually a little interested in what other topics you'll bring up. Dunno why...)

I like booth of them to be honest. They match well. I always end up making a mess when I use milk, so yeah, I stay by just the cookie and cream.

The chocolate cream is good too. Never ate the strawberry cream.

The cookie is hard and dry, and can only be tamed by milk. Even then, it gets soggy and falls into the milk, making it even harder to eat than it was when dry. The cream has none of these drawbacks. It's creamy, rich, soft, and you NEVER have to worry about it falling into your drink, contaminating it with chocolate.

The cookie is far more iconic — it's the part that gets put into desert treats.
