If you are somebody who says "I bet you didn't even know who ________ as a few months ago." This can go with bands, wrestlers, celebrities, and even video games. Nobody cares if you listened to Artic Monkeys before they became famous. You are not better for liking Walk the Moon before they had a hit than somebody who loves Shut Up and Dance when they heard it on the radio. Please don't be that guy.

God, when Lemmy died, I got so infuriated when people said that, also when people said that I "didn't know him". Maybe I didn't, but I loved Motörhead for nearly 15 years when he died, so **** you.

Not really a Motorhead fan, but i find it sad when one of the greatest rockers of all time passes away.

I grew up with Rock, so it makes me sad when one of them departs smilie
