The guy is clearly overcompensating for his lack of power by having a huge Lightsaber and yet he couldn't even do that right.

Interesting read. Kylo is one of the most interesting characters that has come out of the Star Wars franchise (or at least the films), next to Anakin/Vader himself (who I think sometimes doesn't get enough credit for his representation in the prequels).

Also...

"Most complaints reflect the widespread belief that he would have been a very powerful, fearsome, mysterious character -- in other words, a clone of Darth Vader."

It's funny how people complain about Kylo Ren not being a Vader clone even though at the same time they complain that the film is a retread of A New Hope.
