Does anyone have a complete list of Skystones AND how to get each of them? [CLOSED]

dark has a list of stones in his guide but they don't mention where to get each of them and I don't really feel like trying to figure that out. smilie Getting each Skystone is the only thing I haven't done in this game.

I don't even know if I did because there's also not a percentage for it e_e but last time I checked, usually the owner of that card type will give you variants of it in repeat battles; but might be wrong since I never went after them deliberately.
