I'll accept it and allow myself a moment of respite from guilt. Nobody is perfect, and you can't really deal with your feelings if you continuously shun away from them.

Breathe deep and tell myself it's not that bad and I can't chew myself out on things that already started.

Or more often than not have a breakdown over being too frustrated at myself,yeah.

Don't do the thing because it isn't right.

If you know it isn't right, then don't do the thing.

I'm not going to sexually harass a boy I find sexually pleasing. I'm not going to rob someone because I think they didn't deserve an object and I really wanted that object. I'm not gonna ruin someone's life because they caused me misfortune. I'm gonna suck it up, because that's life. Sorry.
