Winged sapphire locations [CLOSED]

I'm struggling to find the last winged sapphire. I've bought out all the items in the academy store and the wishing well only returns xp, stardust and gearbits. Any ideas of where the last sapphire may be hiding? I'm currently hunting through the epic chests I've missed along the way. Other than that I'm stumped.

It should be random, so keep getting the chests and doing quests. Patience is the key. 80% sure.

It may be locked in as a reward for a quest from Pandergast/Hugo/Tessa, I had my last Winged Sapphire missing for ages before I did a quest for Pandergast and got it immediately.

Pandergast is asking me to earn the bronze sea racing trophy. Can anyone explain what that entails? Is it a solo quest or can that be done in two player mode?
