I keep getting reminded of a challenge, but I have no idea where it is! [CLOSED]

I've completed the game, and I keep getting reminders of a "Supercharged Sky Slicer, Defeat enemies with the pigeon flock missiles ability."

I have the Sky Slicer, and Stormblade.

But where's the pigeons?
I can't find them anyplace.

Just hold the secondary attack button until you target three enemies in the sky and then release to shoot out the pigeon flock missiles at them.
