"Well I can't help it. I came to all of you to train, but neither of you seem to have not even a little bit of control of everything that is going on." he complained, being angry that he has endangered his life at the expense of so e adults that didn't seem to have a clue on what to do on a dangerous situation.

Durza grew affended "excuse me?" a note of anger clear in his voice.

"Well you heard me!" Kronos said rudely, not being afraid of anybody there.

Durza rises to his feet and cracks his neck "well then kid. If you think you can do a better job the prove it against me! Right here right now!"

Kronos simply rebuffed him.
"Picking on someone who doesn't even have proper training? That is more coward than retreating in the middle of a battle." Kronos expressed, not being afraid of Durza, but nonetheless not wanting to fight either.

Durza takes a deep breath and says "your right. I shouldn't let my temper get the better of me. Still i would've made it a fair fight and not used my elements"

Not able to get to sleep after the commotion, Raclaw walked over and looked at the others. "Kronos... follow me.," he then said looking at the impulsive dragon. It would seem he would have to start a little early..

Kronos followed eagerly, believing that Raclaw wouldn't have called him for any other purpose other than training...

Raclaw led the eager dragon away from the rest of the group-- looking for something that could be used as target practice. 'Perfect.,' he thought as they soon came across a series of icy rocks scattered throughout a small section of the ice field.
"Before we begin-- know that I know how you feel. That feeling of being alone and knowing you have potional, but not being able to use it. That was me-- when I first set out into this world after.. after a terrible event.," he then said.

Kronos pretended to listen, since he didn't want to offend his new teacher, but the truth was that he was too anxious to begin already...

Durza could feel the creature leaving but kept his guard up never liking to take chances.

Durza nods "part of the Spirit element. it allows me to sense and see the aura's of other living things. I know that whatever is out their it is far from friendly."

Durza nods "agreed"

While the hours passed-- Raclaw led the eager Kronos to a plain flat section of land scattered about with icy rocks of varying sizes. He first had Kronos try simply to target a larger nearby rock while trying to encourage the dragon to hone and focus on their abilities. If this worked... it would at least be a start.

Kronos continued with the practice, pretending that it was the only thing existing in the world. But he also could feel the eerie presence outside and it was making him very uneasy. He wasn't sure if it was the same creature from earlier, but that didn't even mattered to him. It really angered him that there was some sort of beast out there pursuing them when they weren't even doing anything to it. He wanted to be useful to the group, but it was hard to concentrate with the tension...

Kronos kept practicing with the targets as he tried to ignore the commotion. Once again, he was trying extremely hard to produce ice, but all that came was always lightning. It still went randomly, and that really frustrated him. What was worse, the tension was increasing, but he truly believed the beast couldn't find them there. He wanted to ignore his uneasiness so badly, but he still had that bad feeling...

Kronos tried just once, since as usual, only lightning came out. He then got furious on how Shade was trying to lecture him now too.
"It doesn't work! Here I am trying to practice some dumb powers I can't even control, away from a supposed haven that my stupid parents wanted me to go into! Now here we are in some forsaken place in the middle of nowhere avoiding the pursuit of a beast, or maybe even beasts, while I'm here lacking training!" Kronos complained, practically screaming in frustration. Even though he wasn't known to have anger issues, he was certainly drifting that way.

"What part of I can't didn't you understand? Honestly, if that's how adults turn out like, I hope ever to grow up." Kronos said with a little tantrum, and in fact unleashed part of his power. However, it wasn't the so desired ice breath. He was now covered in static electricity. He could produce lightning from his body as well, but he was so focused being angry with Shade that he didn't noticed...

Kronos realized that information when he realized the snow around him was melting. It was made even more obvious when he calmed down and the static electricity disappeared. But what he really despised is that he now believed he wasn't going to be able to control his powers willingly if his emotions were going to be in the way...

Kronos couldn't believe someone would give him such poor advice like that. He's always been told that too much anger is bad, though he was kinda relieved that's all it took since he got angry very easily. Kronos was just worried that he will become too carried away one day...

Kronos remained silent the whole time, not really wanting to talk about the issue. He signaled Raclaw that he didn't want to practice anymore since it wasn't worth it. He once again needed some time alone, so Kronos walked away to do some thinking... unknowingly walking closer to where the giant beast was hiding...

Kronos got just a little bit closer, not enough to be face to face but just within reach of someone that large. In other times, the youngster would have felt a presence like that, just as he did earlier, but he was too busy complaining in his mind on what stupid powers he had. He looked behind him to make sure none of the adult dragons followed him, since he really needed that time alone...

For Kronos, it literarily took him just a blink of an eye to realize what was going on. He just looked at the creature's neck since he didn't dare to look at it in the eyes. It was beyond Kronos how such a large monstrosity eluded his view, and even his usually sharp senses. When biting the creature didn't work, he tried to use his powers. He didn't care if it was ice or lightning, as long as it was enough to escape the grip... but nothing came.
"Ugh! Why do I have to have such stupid powers!?" the terrified Kronos said, thinking that the rest of the dragons were too far away for a rescue, so he continued struggling and trying to feel anger instead of fear in order to activate his powers again...

With his unpredictable powers being unable to activate in his dire moment, Kronos, still avoiding eye contact, tried to talk with the creature. He had no other choice.
"Look, this is getting old. Why can't you just leave us alone?" Kronos said, trying very hard not to be in tears.

It talks? Was Kronos's only thought, not having expected that. He didn't even noticed the grip with that thought in mind. This huge beast has been acting all feral and wild around him and the adults that the shock of the speech had the young teenager in silence...

Now broken from his train of thoughts, Kronos was feeling the cold. He saw Shade trying to rescue him, but with that wall of ice, it was going to take a while for it to melt, so he was once again on his own. But luckily, his fear was finally turning into anger, and the static electricity he created just minutes earlier was appearing again, and melting the ice around him. Kronos was really angry now, but it was due to believing through the creature's words that he was traveling with a bunch of thieves...

Kronos prepared to fly as far away as he could, but he was too intrigued by what the beast said.
"What are you talking about? I didn't came here to fight, even less steal!" Kronos said furiously, feeling deceived. He knew the adults were looking for so etching, but since he hasn't been paying much attention to them, he didn't know whether it was that mysterious orb or not.
"You think it's fun to pick on someone much smaller than you!?" he then yelled at the creature, flying from above him but getting prepared just in case it snapped at him. From that height, he could see how big it really was. He doubted that even a blue whale was that big.

Kronos was again angry by the voice in his head. He hated being talked to telepathically since it felt like somebody was messing with his head. He ignored Sozen's voice momentarily in order to answer the beast.
"Better to be a living coward than a dead hero!" Kronos yelled, actually mocking the creature. If it was angry, he assumed it was because it couldn't fly.

Even though Kronos was very tolerable of ice, this one was particularly cold, though he dismissed it as him being young and his scales not very well developed.
"Hey! Attacking a dragon barely growing up? Not cool!" The infantile Kronos said, trying to use his youth as an advantage. He has always believed that you could get through to someone if it at least had the ability to talk...
