Here's a list.

  1. In the lower level, there is a stone with a yellow climbing wall. Climb it.
  2. In the upper level, fly above the cave you used to get to the upper level, then fly left.

I was playing today and found the empty armour chests.

I don't know which had the helmet, though...............
