How come Ios only 2.9GB and no premium download option?

Every time I Download all level Track and character, but it keeps Redownload I really don't like redownload I just want to Download all at once so I can play without the wifi need to download Can update add possible premium download option?

I haven't found a premium option this year and was forced to download all the characters I had manually.

But once you install them, they load in instantly from then on, right? I. Other words, it doesn't have to download data every time?

A newly used character will need to be downloaded (while on wi-fi) once. Future uses of that character shouldn't require the character to be downloaded again.

Yes, there is no "premium" option this year so you likely will need to be on wi-fi if you are progressing through levels.

Even All Past skylanders series characters inlcludes in-game variant for downloaded?
