I understand what you mean, it's fine, I/we forgive you, you didn't do anything particularly bad but it's nice to know that you want to improve on yourself, that's always good for anyone.~

People can be different from the Internet to real life but you have done nothing wrong no need to apologize.

I'm not sure what you did wrong, but like other users said, you're not the only one who acts different on the internet. I act differently on the internet despite a fairly different IRL personality. So you don't really have anything to be sorry about, but you can be how you want to be on the internet in my opinion.
