They seem to be fighting about the rights of Bucky.

Since when did superheroes need a reason to fight each other? Seems to happen almost every time they cross over. I assume it's just standard protocol by now. "Oh, we're having a crossover? Let us engage in fisticuffs before we go deal with the villain".

The plot is much different than I expected, I don't really get it, but then again, when has that stopped me from seeing a Marvel movie? Very excited for it.

Looks great. Smaller scale than what the comics give us, though I can't say I'm not surprised that they aren't going for another huge superhero crossover punch out so soon after Age of Ultron.

There's some reference in the trailer to the original Civil War comics story of superhero registration with them calling Steve on his actions "without supervision" and how that won't be tolerated further. Seeing how Tony seems content with siding with the military/government in protecting the Earth (seen by his creation of Ultron in AoU with the intent of defending the planet), has PTSD from constant destruction, and also has his "secret identity" very well known, it stands to reason that he will side with the government in this registration act like he did in the comics.

Meanwhile Steve could possibly just be fighting in general to protect the rights of heroes to not have their identity leaked like that. Or if Bucky's identity as the Winter Soldier hasn't been leaked (has it? I forgot), he could be fighting to protect his friend in that regard.

This is all speculation and I'm not extremely familiar with the Civil War itself more than I just know the basic concept.

I'm looking forward to seeing who will be joining each side.

If it's done right, this could be better than The Avengers.

I really hope Daredevil gets to make an appearance.

He should at least cameo. Just have him jump onto the screen, shout "I'm in continuity tooooo....!!!" and then fall away as the camera focuses back on Iron Man.

I recall him (or at least his actor) being confirmed to show up in the movie, but I might be wrong.

Is the actor the guy who played him on Netflix?

I think he did a good job and the logical step is a movie.
