Because I'm too lazy to type it all out, Google it if you haven't heard of it yet. Basic details are that the university president took no action against racist occurrences against blacks on campus, so a group of black students protested and the president was fired. Now, the white students are spazzing out with threats against the black students and their supporters.

IMO, the white students are taking it way too far. The protest was peaceful, and the demonstrators didn't attempt to harm anyone. But still, the racists on campus are making violent threats and intimidating the blacks. It's awful. It's questionable whether what occurred beforehand was an instance of racism, but there's no doubt that we see it now.


I remember one user on this site once said something along the lines of "Racism doesn't exist anymore, it's just a device used by left to gain political leverage." You know who you are; I challenge you to comment on this now.
