Some Vehicles are definitely stronger and/or more powerful in Racing mode than others. Which ones would you classify as overpowered?

For me personally, Sun Runner is really strong. Or, more specifically, its primary weapon. Not only can you fire a continuous beam at an opponent while you're locked on to them, but it depletes relatively slowly and recharges fairly quickly too. Using just the Legendary Sun Runner's primary, I easily bested all four Sky Villains without breaking a sweat. All I broke was a few eggs in Cluck's Cuckoo Nest!

Sea Shadow for Sea definitely. Clown Cruiser and Jet Stream secondary attack are deadly on Boss Villains. Considering how the AI play Gold Rusher, Tomb Buggy and Thump Truck, these vehicles seem to surpass Hot Streak, we'll see when they are released.

Jet Stream is really, really, really, REALLY, good IMHO.

It's definitely strong even in normal races. I've been able to target and spin-out a single opponent in a matter of seconds, which makes getting past them almost feel like cheating.

I know it isn't out yet but I think the Buzz Wing is OP as all heck when cpu's use it. It can poison you witch is like the tiki speaky. This is my cryptonite when doing sky races.

Burn Cycle. If I put in my regular kaos trap, and my ultimate kaos trap it is beast.

Sea Shadow by far! You can kill an enemy with only one full bar of attacks, if you know how. The villains were down before the second lap even started.

so far i would have to say trigger happy's car, i forgot it name, but the bomb he drops behind is devastating and its one of the few attacks where you can hit people behind you. once it comes out we will see.
