What's going on with double and triple packs? [CLOSED]

I saw a Jet Stream + Jet-Vac combo pack a week ago at GameStop, but I thought it was supposed to be exclusive to somewhere else? Same thing for the triple pack. "Amazon exclusive", at Target.

Nope, you can get them anywhere.
The double pack might have been exclusive the first week but no longer.

Double packs were never exclusive.
