Omega power up?

So today I was playing the final level, and while driving around I suddenly picked up the Omega power up. I think it is every powerup you can get in 1. Does anybody know what it is?

When I first obtained this ultra-rare, I guess it actually does more damage to enemies while driving or at the very least destroy them.

I got the Omega once during one of the very few races I've done on Xbox One ( land races...only have Hot Streak atm ). I'm still not too sure exactly wtf was happening when I got it....
