Well over 250 different, about 110 unique. I know at least two Toys and Merch regulars who easily have all of them including variants before Trap Team and tons of merch.

I'm at 565, including traps, items, location pieces, etc. That includes duplicates and some variants. As for having them *all*, there are two mega collectors out there that were working towards everything, including the super-rare variants, but one ended up selling most of the rare stuff off. The other, last I knew, had everything except one of the first three E3 releases, but I haven't heard from him in awhile.
