I have no idea what to do. I feel like the world isn't nice to me, I hate myself, and I can't see a way to alleviate my stress. Help, please?

Immerse yourself in something you love!!
That often helps me get my mind off things and make me feel better!!

I can relate, I feel the same way a lot. Like StriderSwag said, try to focus on something you love if it makes you feel better, and try to always think positive.
