I guess some employee screwed up and put them out early then, because at my TRU, the list says it's coming out on November 1st.

Saw the unboxing. He looks great.

I prefer the metallic paint over the shimmery weapons. I just hope that TFB doesn't dissapoint me and bring Hex back like they always do. I want to see her shimmer, though a sparkly skull would look nice as well... whatevs, I just want her as an Elite and that's all.

Note he mentions the price tag of $24.99! I thought the rumored price tag was $19.99 this time around.

It wasn't a rumor, Activision stated the "suggested" retail price. Apparently TRU didn't listen. I'll wait.

VVV The new Elites' glittery weaponry and accessories are way better than having shiny bodies.

V I, too, will wait until the prices for the new Elites to decrease just as long as there are enough for everyone.

We do know that the Elites will have the same upgrades as their originals. Perhaps those who were given Series 2 and 3 versions will have their Wow Pows, such as Slam Bam's icy sleigh attack and Zook's pineapple shot aiming.

I saw 12 of him today. Not bad, but I wouldn't pay $21.99 for him. I could add a few bucks and get a combo pack instead.

How is Voodood anyway? He's one of the only Magic characters I don't own. Love his name but the design is kinda dull, so never bothered to look for.

So is it street dated/register locked or not? I know some stores put them out by mistake and all, and am not really worried about him selling out, but am a bit curious. Also, is the price $21.99 or $24.99? Activision said $19.99, but I expect a bit of TRU tax on there.

I see a lot of people say Ghost Roaster badly needed an S2 figure with a wow pow so he could be useful, but I think he's one character who was perfect as he is. His ectoplasm path is just beastly. I think why so many people dislike him is maybe they just don't understand him? I mean, those who love Doom Stone love him, knowing he's a defense character, for example. Ghost Roaster is definitely a defense character, but I don't think many know that's how he is.

It's not about knowing how to use him, or him not being effective...heck in Trap team he does almost 1k dmg per hit, its just a matter of needing more options. You can pretty much stay as a skull for the whole game with him, and his melee is...passable. He can be beastly, but he just gets boring fast....like holding down one button with Drobot. With Voodood, the issue is different - he was pretty good against one or two guys, but anymore than that and with his range, he typically lost chunks of life in combat. He needs 'adjusting' a bit more than just raw numbers, hence me wishing he was an S2 (though I understand why not). Give him more range on melee - like an upgraded weapon that doesn't do more dmg, but is like twice as long.
