"Wait. By this time, classes should have started already," Ruby growled. She flew away without so much as a word to the other dragons. She skidded to a stop back at her classroom. "Where's that bell," she murmured. She located it on the southern side of the building. She pulled on the string.

Nothing happened.

Ruby hissed and tried again. Still nothing. Next, she swung it from side to side. No results. In a fury, she took a few steps back and charged the bell. She was knocked back, but the bell still didn't ring. Something fell out of it, though. Ruby sighed and charged the bell again. This time, the bell rang.

Lea leaped back and scrabbled across the grass. "Oh, it's just the bell," she sighed. "I suppose living in danger has an effect on your mind."

Shade hurd the bell and hurried to class to avoid being late.

"Class time!" Marat said in joy as he ran to his classroom

Gamic dashed to class at high speed, still taking it a game, yet making sure to not do anything to get himself in trouble, to avoid a 'game over', so to speak.

Shade was the first to make it to class. But didn't go in since the teacher wasn't their yet.

Gamic was also quick to arrive.

Kumara was already at her classroom, awaiting the teacher. She liked the peace and quiet of the empty halls... However that changed when the bell rang and dragons began frantically heading to their classrooms.

When Infurno heard the bell, he sighed and left his room, heading for the classroom at a reasonable pace.
'Who cares if I'm a little late...' He thought to himself.

Vivien calmly walked to her classroom as well.

Gamic's fast motions were as smooth as they were fast.

Blue walked to his class room without even listening what the others were saying back to him.

Red noticed the bell and started to walk slowly to his class, he was going to be late....... like so many times before.

ooc: this rp is still alive the gm just rarly posts anymore and when she does it takes freaking forever for her to do it. which i find annoying since i know she comes and checks up on the site fairly regularly.

At the bell a somewhat large lava Dragon, having long since settled in his dorm, stood up from where he had been waiting and made his way to class, letting out a yawn as he heard a familiar voice.
"Yo, hotshot! What's up?"

Obsidian sighed, turning to face Orion."It was better when you weren't here, have you seen Asher around?"

Orion continued to grin."Yeah I was just talking to him. He said something about hating your guts and never wanting to see your face again."

The lava Dragon rolled his eyes. "Funny, have you actually-"

"Hey, guys!" A new voice called, prompting the two to look behind them to see a speckled grey Dragon making their way through the crowd.

Obsidian blinked and gave a friendly nod, whereas Orion beamed. "Hey Ash, getting slow or something? You're normally one of the first at the door, such is the speed of a nerdbird."

"I, well, kinda overslept after getting to the dorms..." Asher admitted with a sheepish grin, unfazed by Orion's usual teasing. "Fortunately the sound of the bell woke me up."

"That's the first step in becoming a delinquent, y'know." Orion teased. "Keep it up and maybe one day you'll be a rugged bad-boy like me~"

"Don't try to influence him." An exasperated Obsidian sighed. "I like having atleast one friend here that I can actually stand."

"Yeah, uh... I think I'll just stick to being a 'nerdbird.' " Asher joked, prompting a chuckle from his companions as they turned back to the door.

"Okay. Some are here, and some aren't. Okay, Kumara and Lea, I know you both." She placed a checkmark next to their names on the piece of parchment. "Who are the others?"

That was the bell. Spyky couldn't be late. Some of the teachers wouldn't mind latecomers, but Ruby was tough as dragonscale, like Iron. He ran across the campus until he stopped in front if the classroom.

"Okay, and that's Spyky." Ruby confirmed.

Shade sat in the back reading a book saying "name's Shade. don't forget it."

Infurno entered the room, "Infurno" he said simply.

Marat ran to his classroom. "Hia!"

Vivien walked to hers and waited

"Big words for someone so young," Lea remarked. "Shade, who do you think you are? A dimension hopping, elemental shapeshifter?"

"Lea, you're in my class. I have every right to tell you to stop. Just because you've been here longer doesn't give you any right to tell others off." Ruby growled. She marked down Shade and Inferno's name on her sheet.

ooc: how did she know?

Shade's eye twiched when she called him out. but tried to ignore her.

"I'm here too." Marat said to Ruby.

Vulcan and Valkyrie had arrived just in time for class to begin; Vulcan to prove he could do so, and Valkyrie because of her punctuality. It was Rose, Marigold, and Gambol whom were several minutes late.

"I'm Gamic. I may be a gold class, but don't expect me to fit neatly in to the standards," Gamic smirked
