All Winged Sapphires Question [CLOSED]

I'm currently playing through my new Wii U version of Giants and grabbing every Winged Sapphire so that I save gold in the long run. Is there a total of 20 winged sapphires in the game? Where else could I find them besides the story levels? I know about the one at the front of Flynn's ship so I just would like to know about the other three, if there are 20. Can't find anything in the dS Giants guide.
