That is someone selling the Legendary version second-hand. It came out on October 1 at TRU. The regular version isn't out, yet.

Seriously. I am seeing so many scalper prices online when all of the stores near me are still flush with stock. These guys have no sense of shame.

Pretty much. They feed on the people who don't know any better. Although there are a lot of people that don't have a Toys R Us near them. Granted, they can probably order from TRU and pay the shipping and still come out cheaper than buying from second-hand people on Amazon/eBay.

Personally, I'm going to hold out for that version. I'd get the Legendary one as well if A: I'm able to find a loose Dark Sea Shadow to go with the L. Sun Runner; and/or B: I get impatient waiting for the regular pack to come out. Extra Sky races AND the chance to unlock smilie? Yes please! smilie
