How do u use mags [CLOSED]

Bought mags... How do I summon villains? I went to the vault to summon pain, but nothing happened. What am I doing wrong?

Solved my own problem, you can not summon if other villains are invading. One buzzer left, I was able to summon pain

There are a maximum of three villains allowed at a time, regardless of whether they are captured or not. If three are wandering around, but you want to trap one that isn't up it won't let you till one of them goes away.

You should be able to summon them at anytime (once you captured them to begin with), as long as you have the right number of traps to summon them.
