I doubt there's going to be Double Dare smilie, Deep Dive smilie & smilie in a single pack. We never got any adventure pack characters single either.

Oh, forgot about those two. Didn't forget about my girl, but it's a Legendary so I don't think that counts.
Though now that I think about it, Knight Mare & Knight Light also got single packs... well then, I just hope that smilie will be availible single as well.

It can go either way. You had Blades in an Adventure Pack, and a Legendary Blades in an Adventure pack. He was never sold as a single.
