What is Hi, Lo, or Med?

In the past I have made Skylanders board games and card games using the cards. But I have somewhat eliminated that problem by using the Skylanders' health and damage levels from inside the game itself in my new game. But my main issue right now is the damage levels for each of the characters. I have tested the game, and it has potential to be a great one, but the amount of damage that each character can deal in a turn is crucial to the game. So, if possible, can someone or some people be willing to determine what is considered 'High' damage, 'Low' damage, and 'Medium' damage?

Well, it goes anywhere from 600-800 health for most Skylanders, Trigger Happy having the lowest. Giants and Trap Masters, along with several others, break above this limit, such as Crusher who has 1200. It was thanks to another user on here that I managed to know all the health levels (could have done it myself, but I was lazy smilie.)

Well, damage output specifically. Like, "1-20 is low, 21-50 is Medium, and 51+ is High". I don't know the full range of damage, or even how much damage a standard monster (like the Witch Pitchers) would need to be KOed in Expert mode. But I don't need to know health levels right now, I have all of the old characters, but I would need the Superchargers.
