Mario Reference in *Spoiler* [CLOSED]

We all know the Spell Punk Labrary. That level where your going in books and tells stories.

But... when you go in a book, it is 2D. That kinda be referencing the Mario Series (except the 3d world, 64)

But (again)... did somebody tried to jump on a enemy? It causes the enemy to take damage. Just like in the Mario series.

It's just a platformer reference, not necessarily a Mario reference. Kinda like how some people consider the racing mode to be a Mario Kart rip-off, but pretty much all racing games are like that now.

The point is, it's like saying having a killer computer AI is a reference to 2001. Nah, we had these characters for so long,it's more like a cliche.
