Can't seem to do the water star on chapter 43 [CLOSED]

Zeke_D Blue Sparx Gems: 822	#1 Posted: 15:57:38 03/10/2015 | Topic Creator Can't seem to do the water star on chapter 43. I get yo the first puzzle thing, but can't figure out how to make the hook-arms move. Suggestions?
