As Sol stayed behind Splat, he got the phone out of her pocket, and dialed 911. "Hello?!?" Sol said. "There is a mad killer inkling on the loose headed for the front door at the academy." Soon, cop cars arrived surrounding the whole academy.

The cop held up a bullet proof shield before he shot him. He shot the gun out of Woomy's hands and it went down the disguesting river. The cop then went to Woomy and arrested her.

Splat got up and threw Mr.G&W out a window, hitting Woomy and knocking them both out. The mabu cop took Woomy and put her in the police car, "I'm a bad mother," Splat said sobbing.

"No you're not," Sage said. "You protected us. They chose their own path."

On that day, Inkopolis was shut off from all rift engines, forever.

Splat remember the sink and the door to the bath room was open. She ran to the fire while it felt like her legs were melting away. She got to the sink and broke the top off, flooding the floor of the room and putting the fire out. She looked down and saw she only had 1 leg and fainted.
