It has been four months since any update to the game. Last year's Trap Team update was about a week after the game released, and the Swap Force update was right about the same time. I think it is getting safe to assume Lost Islands is giving way to Battlecast. The only communication we have heard is second hand from people that have contacted them and they said the game won't be getting much if anything in the future. I doubt we will ever get an official word, because that would definitely cause people to no longer buy gems.
