Wii U patch?

Some have said 1.2.1 patch is out for Wii U, but when I boot up the system and game it's not downloading the update.

Any tricks to get the game patched, or was it only released in other countries?

I got the patch when I first started the game today. Although, I only just got it the game today.

There was one guy that I buy often from selling her for regular price, just above retail - no doubt as soon as news reached that she works again that people just piled up on it.
