Spyro has dents in his chest which he didn'tt have last game...I think he's a little older in this game like one year older then he was last year..

Well, in the commercial for ANB, he did have them, I'm sure.

A battle-torn dragon. Like the Guardians, they all have dints in their underbellies, cracks and blemishes on their horns and torn wing membranes. smilie Maybe Spyro's gonna be like that sometime.

my guess is he got a little beat up in the last game during his fight with cynder, thus the random dents craters and cracks. He didn't have those in the earlier screenshots of ANB, but I think he did in the more detailed cutscenes.

The dents would signify that he is scarred to due being hit many times by multiple enemies throughout his last adventure.

Yeah. Like in a few new games now (Tomb Raider Legend and Anniversary), when the main character gets hit, their clothes dirty, they get bruises and to a lesser extent actually getting cut. Just to make it more realistic.

i think its one of two things,1)hes gotten older or 2)they're making this game with better graghpics.Thats what I think.smilie
