Is there any location out there that remind of any kind of genre or aesthetic design? A famous location or maybe the shape and perspective of your bathroom. For me, The Giant's Causeway's tall hexagon pillars is like a minimalistic sci-fi city, borderline-cyberpunk.

The Giant's Causeway reminds me of Hollow Bastion in Kingdom Hearts 1. There are similarly shaped platforms in the lower areas.

Also it reminds me of Lava Mountain Zone in Sonic Lost World.

The Salar de Uyuni, the world's largest salt flat AND mirror, reminds me of philosophical or even magical realism/fantasy genre.

I can't find a good pic to represent what I'm thinking of. But Dandenong, Victoria, is pretty electro-punky. The city is pretty old, so a lot of the buildings, even the ones still in operation, are very run down. And because about half the population is Chinese/Vietnamese, the streets are lined with Asian restaurants. Bizarre absence of any Asian text, though. Like, usually in a multi-lingual area, you'll have lots of signs written in 2 different languages. But Dandenong lacks these, just preferring to have everything written in english.
