If we've seen all the in-game variants, how come it was so much of a surprise yesterday that there's a golden Hot Streak??? Was it known before yesterday?

Yes, it came out alongside every other version. (Except the Tablet Version's Starter, that comes out later.)

Only GameStop had the 3DS version in my area. Wal-Mart, Target, and Best Buy either sold out of them very early, or didn't get them.

I got it. It has Golden Hot Streak but I didn't see Easter Thrillipede. Did they remove it? Are am I blind?
