While we wait for Superchargers theres not really a lot to talk about so what are the characters alike from previous games?
So far for me..

But I mean attack wise Deep Dive Gill Grunt is not that close to Gill Grunt's attacks.

Splat's weapon is very similar to the one Fire Kraken uses.
Spitfire's attacks are similar to Blades. Dive-Clops' attacks are a combo of Zook and Thumpback.

You think a tuba fits a alchemist better than beakers with chemicals in them?

Thank you. I fear one day they formers will truly be considered as new characters if we don't keep remembering... Brrrrr... Gameplay wise (and not only) I agree Stormblade look a bit too much like Free Ranger. Dive-Clops is a bit like Bumble Blast with some rather original attacks. Splat main attack is similar to Fire Kraken. Spitfire's claws attack have a similar animation to Trap Shadow's. Lava Lance Eruptor kinda reminds me of Rip Tide. Super Shot Stealth Elf's turret attack is similar to Grilla Drilla's. Other than that... Nothing, as of now. I simply can't get some revamps though. What's "stealth" in Super Shot Stealth Elf? She turns invisible but her main attack is still a knife-shooting machine gun. Might have as well created a new ch... Oh, sorry! I'm repeating myself. ![]()

I have to say, yes, they do seem similar, that doesn't mean they aren't creative and don't play well. Both the new SC and revamps look like they play fantastically.
It's mostly their primary attacks that are similar to other Skylanders. their other two moves look fully original and new. I mean after all, think of how many Skylanders use swords or guns.

Hey is there anything you want me to bring for the rest of the week and if so it’s so cool that you can do something and just do it like that |

From the very minor game play we have seen, I sadly find that Thrillipede plays like
