What's Needed To Go Through All Areas of the Game?

So, does anyone know what toys will be needed to explore/complete all areas of the game? I just want to know what to buy before I actually start playing the game. Can't stand missing parts of the game because I don't have the right toy to unlock it.

Were positive the super charger gates dont have an element then? Either for the vehicle or driver.

Glad heroic challenges are gone. Imagine doing 165 per skylander. That's 27225 challenges. No thank you.

It's very fast sections of videos so we currently can't tell. We've seen a lava path and a rock path in one side,but then on the latter Tomb Buggy went in fine. The Sea and Sky sections don't even have anything that seems to make them elemental-themed, since the Sky footage we have just shows you flying around the buildings.

In fact we are still wondering if you only need a land vehicle and one skylander (not necessarily a supercharger), but we are not 100% sure.

No, they've said you need all 3 vehicle types. You only need a land vehicle to beat the game.

Ah yeah, didn't read the title twice, I though he referred to beat the main story.
